Father's Day Family Nature Day (3rd September)

Enjoy this much-loved afternoon with a range of exciting and interactive activities on offer, including guided bird walks, discovery of aquatic fauna, nature crafts and more! Explore the interactive displays, live animal exhibits and gift shop. Our coffee window Twitchers will be open with some yummy sweet treats on offer and make a special card for the father-figure in your life!

**Special art & craft opportunity** Join us during this event for a free workshop to construct artwork for Perth Festival's free EverNow event (in Kings Park), 'Boorna Waanginy - The Trees Speak'! Bring along washed 2L plastic milk bottles to transform into nests, seeds and eggs. Everyone is welcome, we will show you how to use a special cutting tool to create one of three designs. This is a free addition to the Family Nature Day but please Register so we know how many people to expect. Come along to Boorna Waanginy: The Trees Speak and see your art on display from 6 – 9 October.

These fundraising events are held on the first Sunday of every month, so bring your families and head down between 2- 4pm for your nature fix!

Entry is $10 per individual, $30 per family or FREE for friends of the WA Gould League.  Tickets and 'Friends' memberships can be purchased HERE.
