Noongar Seasons Sticker Design Competition

WIN a Family WAGL Membership for you and your family!

Design our next Noongar season sticker! The stickers showcase native species of Western Australia and are printed and given to Friends of WA Gould League members for their Nature Passport each Noongar season when they visit the Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre.

Open to children living in WA
between 5 - 17 years.

​​Full Terms and Conditions​

Instructions

  1. Create your own design using traditional or digital methods (e.g. drawing, painting, collage).

    • No photography or AI-generated work will be accepted.

    • All work submitted must be your own and created after 2nd March 2026.

  2. The design must be a flora or fauna species native to Western Australia (check the list below). Don't include a background.

  3. You can submit up to 2 designs.

  4. The final design needs to be a JPG, PNG, SVG or PDF format and less than 5 MB.

    • Stickers are printed as circles of 37 mm diameter. Use the template below if it helps.

    • Image file must follow a naming convention of: ‘Age_EntrantName_SpeciesName’, e.g. 12_JaneDoe_CygnusAtratus 

  5. Submit your design(s) below by Friday 26th June. Your parent or guardian must consent and help you complete the form.

A total of 6 winning designs (one for each Noongar season) will be selected by a panel of WA Gould League staff and winners notified by Monday 13th July.

Submission Portal

Upon submission, WA Gould League owns the copyright to your Competition entry, however, must always credit You as its author. 

By submitting an entry to the Competition, You give WAGL: 

  1. Permission for your entry to be published on our social media and grant WAGL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to republish your Competition entry in electronic format and hard copy for purposes connected with the Competition and affiliated exhibition promotion; and 

  2. The right to use your name and age for the sole purpose of identifying You as the author of your entry.
