About the Event
Come and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a morning yoga session by the lake, led by wonderful instructor, Sally Price.
Sally did such a beautiful job at our Wellness in the Park event last year, that we had to have her back! She will lead an adults yoga session at the centre, beginning at 9am, followed by a "Mini Yogis" children's session at 10.15am, suitable for kids aged 5-10 years, but all welcome). Give yourself the gift of a slower start to your Sunday, with the restful Herdsman Lake as your backdrop.
This is a ticketed event: $20 per adult, $15 for children.

Please note: Children participating in the "Mini Yogi" session at 10.15am must remain under the supervision of an adult guardian.
