Wetland Wonders Paint and Prosecco - Adult Painting Workshop

Raise your glass to a new kind of night out at Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre! This is an exciting new program where all your stresses and worries get brushed off. Connect over a glass of wine and also embrace and unleash your inner creativity in a relaxed, social setting.

After a sold-out workshop in June, Adriana Nascimento (from Kaleidoscope Art Room) is back to guide participants through the steps and techniques used to create a beautiful Splendid Fairy Wren painting.

Enjoy a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival and take in the gorgeous sunset and wetland environment. Then step inside where all your art materials will be laid out, and have some fun as Adriana takes you through the step-by-step process of painting a fairy wren on a native flora background. This painting will be created with acrylics on a panelled wood board, ready to be displayed on a wall in your home!

Midway through the workshop, enjoy a delicious grazing platter and specialty native bush teas. 

WHAT TO BRING: All art materials and an apron will be provided on the evening. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for painting. 

AGES: Suitable for both beginners and more experienced artists, ages 18 years and over.
