Come along for a WILD time, meet some true Aussie icons and discover why every creature — big, small, furry, feathered or scaly — has an important part to play in our ecosystem.
Join Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre and Perth-based wildlife organisation West Oz Wildlife for an unforgettable, up-close encounter with some of Australia’s most fascinating native animals.
Perfect for creature curious kids aged 3+, who want to meet some cheeky characters and learn about some seriously spectacular species! Learn from experienced keepers about the unique features, fascinating behaviours and adaptations of our native animals.
Through engaging stories and up close encounters, West Oz Wildlife will shine a spotlight on the importance of conservation! Little learners will hear about the challenges facing native species, the role we can all play in caring for wildlife and why giving our Aussie animals a helping hand is so important for their future.
