Join this FREE, fun, all-ages nature QUIZ and info session on the verandah at Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre!
This Spring into Parks event is a WA Parks Foundation initiative and is supported by Lotterywest.
Join us for an afternoon of engaging trivia and find out how you can take part in some seriously cool citizen science in this year’s WA Gould League Quenda Count. Come by yourself or grab your family and friends and make up a table. All ages welcome. There will be prizes for the best wildlife themed costumes!
In this session you’ll have fun while learning all you need to take part in this year’s Quenda Count! In October each year, Citizen Scientists record the quenda in their patch to help DBCA monitor how well these beautiful marsupials are surviving in our suburbs. The Quenda Count is a collaboration between the WA Gould League and DBCA.
