About the Event
This spring, WAGL is excited to welcome you along to a workshop all about our beautiful local blooms!
This morning is designed for anyone who wants to slow-down, step away from their screens and embrace their own creativity. Under the guidance of artist and teacher Leigh Patterson-Kane, learn all about Australia’s beautiful native flowers and use printmaking techniques to create a unique artwork from your own sketches of a floral still life!
Perfectly suited to adults and children above 8+, this workshop would work well for any parent/child pairs who love to paint and draw at home, but would like to try something new!
Leigh will guide guests through the print making process step-by-step, so no experience is necessary! All tools, equipment and materials to make your print and take home a treasured new piece, will be provided.
