About the Event
Join us lake-side with local ceramic artist, Della Cameron, for a creative clay workshop inspired by local spring blooms!
In this adults workshop, participants will learn fundamental clay handling/making techniques, so even a complete beginner will walk away with something sweet! With Della's instruction, you'll learn how to use native, foraged, spring botanicals to create unique designs/imprints in your clay pieces.
All the materials/equipment for each guest are included so that guests are able to make up to 3 small pieces - think trinket dishes, pinch pots, decorations, beads...which Della will then carefully fire in her kiln in her local, home studio and guests will pick up from the centre at a later date.
WHEN: October 17th, 10am - 12pm. (approx. 2 hours)
WHERE: Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre, Indoor function room.
COST: $80 per adult. 10% discount for WAGL Friends.
