About the Event
This is a 5-week program running from the 22 April to the 20 May, as part of a series in 2026.
Nature, Creativity & Connection is a small-group wellbeing program for young people aged 12–15 who experience school-related anxiety. The program supports both young people and their parent/carer through shared nature-based and creative experiences that fosters confidence, emotional regulation and connection.
Hosted by facilitators Sarah and Chantelle, these Wednesday afternoon sessions are designed to be calm, low-pressure and family-inclusive environments. Activities draw on nature connection, mindfulness, creative expression and strengths-based wellbeing approaches.

This ticket allows for one young person and their carer to attend a 5-week block of wellbeing sessions on Wednesdays between 22 April and 20 May, with resources and refreshment provided.
