NAIDOC School Holiday Adventures
Boorloo Aboriginal Cultural Experiences will be visiting the Herdsman Lake Discovery centre for a special NAIDOC school Holiday Adventure including didgeridoo, dance and story telling.

About the Event
To celebrate NAIDOC week we will be hosting a special School Holiday Adventure at the Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre, where you can enjoy hands-on indigenous cultural activities from 1-3 pm. Olman Walley from Boorloo Aboriginal Cultural Experiences will welcome particiants, play the didgeridoo and get participants immersed in cultural dance by the edge of the lake.

Time: 1- 3pm
Presenter: WA Gould League and Olman Walley from Boorloo Aboriginal Cultural Experiences
Cost: $20/participant. Friends of the WA Gould League recieve a 15% discount. Parents/carers FREE. Â
What’s included: Didgeridoo session, Indigenous dance and story telling.
What to bring: Water bottle, hat, closed shoes, suitable clothing for weather conditions.
Other info: Max 25 participants
Although the session is 2 hours, participants are able to enjoy the centre and surrounds for the day or enjoy a picnic on the grass afterwards.Â
Please note that this is NOT a drop-off programme, and all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
