About the Event
Join us for a festive and fun afternoon of Christmas crafts by the lake, at our last Family Nature Day of 2024!
Make a present, ornament and card for a special someone, and browse through our special gift market!
This fun family event also includes all the usual favourites, including aquatic scooping, guided nature walks, and hands-on nature activities and crafts. Tour the centre and meet our animals, experience a keeper talk and feeding, explore the interactive exhibits, and create an inviting picnic on the lawns by grabbing a barista coffee, iced chocolate, juice box or sweet donut treat from our coffee window, Twitchers.Â
Bookings for the Family Nature Day are essential. Entry is $10 per person, $30 per family or FREE for Friends of the WA Gould League. All proceeds of the Family Nature Day go towards ongoing nature education & community initiatives.
