Experience yoga with a sense of fun and adventure, as a family!
In this family yoga class hosted by Claire from The Centre of Bright Beginnings, we will explore, experience and interact with some of the fundamental elements of nature through yoga.
We will have fun learning about and practising some of the techniques of yoga, including:
- creative postures
- calming hand gestures
- simple breathing exercises
