About the Event
Spend a relaxing afternoon with family and friends, surrounded by the beauty of Herdsman Lake. With Mother's Day just around the corner, it's a perfect time to prepare a special gift for that special someone!
There will be a kid-friendly art station in which children (and adults) can create a heartfelt present, and a special pop-up market full of gorgeous gift ideas.
This fun family event also includes aquatic scooping, guided nature walks, and hands-on nature activities and crafts. Explore the centre and meet our animals, explore the interactive exhibits, browse the gift shop, and grab a barista coffee, or sweet treat from Twitchers!
Bookings are essential. Entry is $10 per person, $30 per family or FREE for Friends of the WA Gould League. All proceeds of the Family Nature Day go towards ongoing nature education & community initiatives.
