About the Event
This fun for the whole family afternoon includes aquatic scooping for some wacky water bugs, guided nature walks along the water and hands-on wetland inspired activities and crafts.
Tour the centre and meet our animals, experience a keeper talk and feeding, explore the interactive exhibits, and create an inviting picnic on the lawns by grabbing a barista coffee, iced chocolate, juice box or sweet treat from our coffee window, Twitchers.
Bookings for the Family Nature Day are essential. Entry is $10 per person, $30 per family or FREE for Friends of the WA Gould League. All proceeds of the Family Nature Day go towards ongoing nature education & community initiatives.
