Olman Walley (Boorloo Aboriginal Cultural Experiences) & Julian Silburn (Sound Alchemy) are set to join forces at the spectacular Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre to perform a series of sound healing sessions like no other!
Six transformational sessions will be conducted- one to inform you of, and welcome in each of the six Noongar seasons – acknowledging and appreciating connection to country and our place within nature. The first session, Djeran, will take place at Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre on Friday 1st April, at 6.30pm. Djeran season (typically around April and May), sees an end to the really hot weather, marked by cooler nights, dewy mornings, light breezes and falling leaves. It is a time of red flowers, especially from the red flowering gum (Corymbiaficifolia), as well as the smaller and more petite flowers of the summer flame (Beaufortia aestiva).
