We are coming together as a community to help clean up parts of Herdsman Lake. Join us afterwards for a free ‘thank you’ morning tea.

About the Event
The WA Gould League has registered as a 'Clean Up Australia Day' site, and we are thrilled to take part in this community event to preserve our precious wetland space.
Meet at Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre at 9am, where you will be assigned a supervisor and an area to collect rubbish. If possible, we encourage you to bring gloves, however they can be provided to you. There will be DCBA rubbish collection points around the lake when bags become full.
Return to the Discovery Centre at 10.30am for a free morning tea, as a gesture of our appreciation. There will also be free instant tea and coffee making facilities, and half-price barista coffee available for purchase for all volunteers.
