Nature Playgroup Term 4 Pass (Tue or Thur)
Join our weekly playgroup for some educational adventures in nature that will foster your little one's creativity and imagination! Suitable for ages 2-5. This ticket is for one session per week (Tuesdays or Thursdays) during Term 4.

About the Event
Our playgroup program is designed to allow children aged 2 to 5 years the opportunity to connect with - and learn about- the surrounding wetland environment through a variety of fun nature-based activities. Typical playgroup sessions would include storytelling, singalongs, a guided nature walk, creature-features, art activities, science enquiries and open-ended indoor play in our dedicated early-learning space. The early-learning room contains a variety of books, puzzles, costumes, puppets and other resources for your child to enjoy. Sessions will run for approximately 90 minutes to optimise your child's interest and energy levels.
Our barista coffee window Twitchers will be open for tasty treats at the end of each playgroup morning.
Please dress for mess! We will be exploring nature (sometimes including mud and water!) and making nature crafts so we encourage children to wear clothes that can afford to get a little dirty. Remember to bring a hat, water bottle and covered shoes/gumboots. You can also bring a packed morning tea for a picnic on the lawn.
Important to note: As the centre is set in a wetland area, a parent or carer must be present at all times during the session. Supervision is key to providing your child with a safe and fun learning environment!
