Some web pages on the Internet will print with items rearranged on the page and with some items missing. This depends on how the pages were designed originally.
All pages on this site will not rearrange items and no items will be missing if you follow these directions:

In MS Internet Explorer
1) View | Text Size: ensure it is set to Medium.
2) File | Page Setup: set Paper to A4, Landscape and all 4 margins to 12mm.
3) File | Print Preview: set print size to 100% and check if all pages are satisfactory. Note what pages you want to print.
If the height of the web page does not fit on a single A4 sheet, the printer will print on two or more sheets. The break between the sheets could be anywhere.
With a 2 page document you can control this by re-setting the bottom margin appropriately.
4) File | Print: set the pages you want to print.

Unless you need colour prints, reset your printer option on Black in order to print faster and avoid using up the colour cartridges.
